What You'll Do

• First point of contact : Answer calls, respond to online inquiries, and welcome walk-ins with professionalism and empathy.
• Qualify & close : Actively listen, determine if potential clients meet criteria, and walk them through the sign-up process (DocuSign or in-person).
• Lead follow-up : Drive a chase cycle with potential clients until connection is made—follow up consistently until they've signed.
• CRM data entry : Accurately document every detail in our CRM for a seamless handoff to the legal team.
• Referral coordination : Provide warm handoffs to referral partners when appropriate, protecting relationships and client trust.
• Adapt and decide : Follow our proven sales playbook while using intuition to adjust communication to each client's needs.
• Represent our values : Own it do it, exceptional service, stronger together better every day, family focused, and commitment 2 community.
