Job Summary :

The Workflow & Policy Assembly Specialist will support insurance operations by printing, assembling, and reviewing applications and policies. This role is highly detail-oriented, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Attendance, responsiveness, and accuracy are critical success measures.

Key Responsibilities :

Open and sort incoming mail based on documented handling requirements.

Copy all issued applications and review for accuracy.

Assemble policy print packets within 1–2 business days of issuance.

Follow state and firm-specific guidelines for assembling policies.

Perform quality control on applications and policy prints.

Complete light data entry tasks as needed.

Document and escalate system, process, or printer issues for resolution.

Share operational information with team members to maintain efficiency.

Take on additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Experience :

Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.

Consistent and reliable attendance with ability to work regular overtime.

Demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail.

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Experience :

Prior experience in insurance operations or document processing.

Exposure to workflow management or production environments.

Required Skills :

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Mail handling and document preparation

Accuracy and organizational skills

Preferred Skills :

Data entry proficiency

Team collaboration and information sharing

Customer service and professional communication
