In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with the best possible service and solutions. You will be working closely with our sales and manufacturing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with sales and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating them when necessary to the appropriate departments.
• Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
