Your mission is to expand Atlas Copco's presence and business growth in your area of responsibility. You will be required to :

Customer-Oriented Strategy

Increase customer productivity through well-maintained, reliable compressed air installations.
Guarantee maximum uptime with fast, professional service responses.
Optimize energy savings by improving the efficiency of complete compressed air systems.
Implement service plan agreements to ensure optimal compressor operation.

Safety First

Management

Manage your team's business activities effectively.

Align with activity goals across your department, section, and team.

Interventions (Maintenance, Repair, Start & Commissioning, Inspection, Investigation)

Ensure maximum efficiency, minimal downtime, and energy savings for customers' compressed air systems and ancillary equipment.

Reporting

Provide clear, timely external reports on work results.

Submit accurate internal business activity reports, including costs, repair cases, and daily updates.

Participate actively in workflow and process improvements.

Learning & Acquisition

Acquire skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality, reliable services, including technical knowledge of compressed air systems and negotiation skills.

Learn to manage your team and participate in section management.

Understand company structures, policies, goals, and key performance indicators.

Contribute to the development of your department and organization.

Cooperation

Collaborate actively with colleagues to provide high-quality services.

Support superiors, colleagues, and juniors across all organizational levels.

Qualifications

High School education or higher.

Experience in service business, especially with visiting work.

Experience with maintenance or assembly of industrial or pneumatic machinery.

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent Japanese and basic English; willing to learn.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to learning other software.

Personality & Mobility

Willingness and ability to travel across Japan.

Flexible, positive, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Effective communicator and team player.

Passionate, responsible, and growth-oriented.

Location

Mobile office near customer factories across five regions : Tohoku, East Japan, Tokai-Hokuriku, Kinki-Shikoku, West Japan. Each region has three personnel.
