Position Summary :

  • As an HVAC Installation Technician at Schraer Heating and Air Conditioning, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation of HVAC systems for our clients.
  • You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, utilizing your expertise to provide efficient and reliable HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Perform equipment startup and commissioning to ensure proper functionality.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure the well-being of yourself and others on the job site.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each project.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • HVAC certification or relevant trade school training.
  • Previous experience as an HVAC Installation Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
