Crew Members are the frontline in delivering an exceptional client experience through :

Safely and efficiently operating a variety of snow removal and salt spreading equipment
Shovels snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic
Salt-Spreading on sidewalks and walking pathways by using hand-held salt spreaders, shovels, and buckets
Providing 24 / 7 critical snow and ice management services
Always representing the company in a professional manner and appearance

Requirements :

Pass pre-employment drug screen

Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly

Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions

Able to be on call 24 / 7 during winter season months

Able to handle the physical demands of the position

Be punctual and reliable

Have dependable transportation

Accountability to themselves and to their team

Be someone others want to work with
