Mechanical BIM Lead

A company is looking for a Mechanical & Plumbing BIM Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex architectural and engineering projects

Supervise and mentor modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices and project standards

Conduct Quality Control reviews and manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently

Required Qualifications and Education

Engineering degree (civil or mechanical) with 5+ years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects

Skilled in QAQC and capable of anticipating issues within team dynamics

Strong understanding of project scope, requirements, and applicable standards

Experience managing project budgets with a focus on cost control

Experience managing teams of modelers and direct client interactions
