Now Hiring : Bartender – Modern Latin Restaurant

Location : Alta Toro

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bartender to join our team at a vibrant, upscale modern Latin restaurant. This role requires more than just mixing drinks — we’re looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and professionalism behind the bar while delivering outstanding hospitality.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2+ years of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume setting.
  • Solid knowledge of Latin spirits, cocktails, and ingredients (mezcal, pisco, rum, tequila, etc.)
  • Ability to craft signature cocktails and follow house recipes with precision.
  • Strong wine knowledge and ability to present bottles tableside when needed.
  • Warm, engaging personality with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and serve Latin-inspired cocktails with consistency and creativity.
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience whether at the bar or through service support.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and prep areas.
  • Uphold all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work closely with the FOH team to support seamless service during busy shifts.

    • Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with POS systems and bar prep procedures.
  • Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus.
