Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a strong sense of accountability. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in both in a team environment and autonomously. Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional manner. Customer focused to establish and maintain effective relationships. Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products : Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Be accurate with attention to detail. Exhibit problem resolution skills. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines and technology. 1 year experience in health / ancillary insurance or business industry preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist with management of a portfolio of clients by assisting with renewals / retention of current clients.
- Maintain files and documents in accordance with office procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service for benefit, billing or claims questions.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on plan performance.
- Update policy changes or inform clients of upcoming policy regulations or requirements.
- Assist with preparation of renewal quotes by assisting with analyzing and spreadsheeting the quotes for the client.
- Assist with compliance for employer regulations and requirements.
- Assist with providing plan education or amendments as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
