Custom Order Specialist

A company is looking for a Custom Order Specialist to oversee the custom order process in the jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage special order requests, acting as the primary contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams

Monitor order statuses, ensuring timelines are met and resolving any issues that arise

Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely confirmation, delivery, and invoicing

Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in the jewelry industry

1+ years of experience with custom jobs

Basic understanding and ability to read CADs

Able to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively

Must be able to work some Saturday shifts remotely
