Holzer Health System is seeking an additional BE / BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Jackson, Ohio. Position Highlights : Work alongside three Orthopedic Surgeons, a non-operative Sports Medicine physician, and three Nurse Practitioners, with APPs taking first call (1 : 3 schedule) Perform outpatient surgeries in Jackson and manage hip fractures / taking call in the Gallipolis OR Opportunity to focus on total joints and / or sports medicine, with access to a well-established Sports Medicine program that has served the region for over 30 years Engage with residents and medical students for a rewarding teaching experience Access to General Radiology within the Orthopedic department Recruitment Package : Guaranteed two-year salary floor production incentive and bonus opportunity Sign on bonus Educational loan reimbursement - qualifies for PSLF program Monthly stipend until completion of residency / fellowship program CME and moving expense reimbursement Time off - 30 days annually (increases with tenure), up to 5 days CME, and up to 8 holidays
