We are looking for a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on a contract basis. This role requires expertise in preparing detailed financial reports, managing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate quarterly reporting. The ideal candidate MUST have experience with Sage Intacct and a strong background in financial systems automation.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage quarterly reporting processes to support organizational decision-making.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations with precision.
- Utilize Sage Intacct to streamline financial reporting and processes.
- Collaborate with teams to automate financial workflows and improve efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits by providing detailed financial documentation and insights.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and management.
- ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE Proficiency in Sage Intacct software.
- Strong skills in bank reconciliations, both monthly and quarterly.
- Ability to automate financial processes and workflows.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
