We're hiring a BAS Controls Sales Engineer in Portland, OR to grow business with contractors, engineers, and facility teams across the region.

Responsibilities
Identify and close new business opportunitiesGrow existing customer relationships and upsell servicesMeet regularly with contractors, engineers, and facility managersDevelop bids, proposals, and sales presentationsTrack pipeline and meet monthly / quarterly sales goalsCollaborate with estimating and operations teamsStay active in the local construction and engineering communityRequirements Must-Haves
3+ years selling BAS or mechanical / controls solutionsStrong network with GCs, mechanicals, or facility managersConfident in business development and customer meetingsBased in the Portland area with stable job historyExcellent communication and follow-up skillsNice-to-Haves
Familiar with systems like Tridium, Distech, Siemens, ALC, Johnson ControlsBackground in HVAC, controls, or technical salesExperience with CRM tools and sales trackingCompensation & Logistics
