Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a leading battery cell manufacturer in Spring Hill, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a wide variety of manufacturing equipment operates at peak efficiency. This is an opportunity to join an innovative team working toward a more sustainable, all-electric transportation future.
Pay Rate
$28.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
1st Shift - 8AM - 8PM
Some weekend work required
Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities :
- Inspect, test, and monitor machines and equipment to quickly identify causes of malfunctions and prevent downtime
- Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and calibrate hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems to meet strict operational standards and tolerances
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment life, reduce unexpected breakdowns, and improve overall reliability
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements to support production efficiency and quality goals
- Apply engineering and technical knowledge to evaluate equipment performance, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment testing through accurate system logs, manuals, and reports
- Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and fellow technicians to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures while contributing to a clean, organized, and safe work environment
