A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support and build trust with customers through inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their unique needs and offer additional products
Provide empathy and support to customers involved in accidents while setting up new claim reports
Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while managing customer interactions
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales positions; opportunity to obtain during training
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service is preferred
Must have a designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet access
