Key Responsibilities :

  • Handling complex civil litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense.
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conducting analysis and responding to discovery.

  • Conducting legal research and providing strategic advice on case management.

Requirements :

  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • Strong skills in drafting legal documents and reviewing medical records.
  • Proficiency in managing litigation remotely and utilizing technology tools in a virtual work setting.
