About The Role

Verkada is seeking a high-energy Channel Development Representative (CDR) to drive the growth and success with some of our largest National Solution Provider (NSP) partners on our Direct Market Reseller team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Channel Sales Managers to strengthen existing relationships, generate pipeline, and accelerate partner success through enablement, field presence, and creative go-to-market strategies.

What You'll Do

• Partner with CSMs to expand relationships and generate pipeline within our largest NSP partners, Insight and CDW.
• Support enablement initiatives that help partners position and sell Verkada effectively.
• Contribute to field activities and partner events to strengthen engagement and presence.
• Use creative strategies to uncover new opportunities and accelerate partner growth.
• Provide coverage and act as an inside resource for CSMs when needed.
• Gain hands-on experience with Verkada's partner ecosystem while building a foundation for a future Channel Sales Manager role.
• 25% travel for partner onsite visits and run events alongside CSMs / sellers.
