Responsibilities Service Technician :

  • Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on Audi vehicles
  • Complete multi-point inspections and provide service recommendations
  • Deliver high-quality repairs to minimize comebacks
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and processes
  • Communicate with clients on complex diagnosis and solutions
  • Keep work area organized, clean, and safe
  • Attend ongoing Audi training to maintain certification and stay up to date with the latest technologies
  • Maintain detailed records and reports
  • Stay current on manufacturer technical bulletins

    • Requirements / Qualifications Service Technician :

  • Audi Certification OR 5-10 years of service technician experience with willingness to become Audi certified
  • MUST have own set of professional tools
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow oral / written instructions with great attention to detail
  • Reliability, strong work ethic, and professionalism
  • ASE Certification a plus
  • EV / Hybrid experience and certifications are a huge plus
  • Experience servicing Audi vehicles HIGHLY preferred
