Primary Care Physician (PCP)

This position is with a non-profit organization that has been serving the community for over 40 years, providing care to underserved and uninsured individuals with a strong commitment to accessibility and compassion. They operate on a sliding fee scale and never turn away a patient based on their ability to pay.
Salary and Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary for the first 6 months
- Production-based pay model
- Earning potential : $250,000 $450,000+ annually based on performance
- $100,000 sign-on bonus : $50,000 upfront with a two-year commitment, $50,000 lump sum at renewal for an additional two years
- $1,000 stipend for each one-week call rotation
- Residency stipend of $1,500 per month
- Student loan repayment : $75,000 through the National Health Service Corps (two-year commitment)
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient populationConduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and manage chronic conditionsCollaborate with behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and other clinical staff to provide integrated careMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR systemParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetingsProvide supervision or mentorship to medical residents or students if desiredSupport mission-driven care for underserved and uninsured communitiesRequirements
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degreeBoard certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineLicensed to practice in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain licensureCompassionate, patient-centered approach to careExperience with underserved populations preferredNew graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to applyAbout Us
