Primary Care Physician (PCP)

This position is with a non-profit organization that has been serving the community for over 40 years, providing care to underserved and uninsured individuals with a strong commitment to accessibility and compassion. They operate on a sliding fee scale and never turn away a patient based on their ability to pay.

Salary and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary for the first 6 months
• Production-based pay model
• Earning potential : $250,000 $450,000+ annually based on performance
• $100,000 sign-on bonus : $50,000 upfront with a two-year commitment, $50,000 lump sum at renewal for an additional two years
• $1,000 stipend for each one-week call rotation
• Residency stipend of $1,500 per month
• Student loan repayment : $75,000 through the National Health Service Corps (two-year commitment)
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
