Supply Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Coordinator to join the materials management department of a healthcare system located in Charleston, SC. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient processing and delivery of orders within the hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the on-site processing, inventory, and delivery of all orders.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, co-team leaders, stock clerks, and the management team.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and comprehensive job knowledge.
• Prepare the schedule for on-site operations.
• Attend in-service presentations and complete mandatory education week.
• Demonstrate knowledge of occurrence reporting system and utilize the system to report potential patient safety issues.
• Process all lost charge reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Order materials as inventory levels change.

Work Environment

Official hours are 5am-1 : 30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential on-call duties during evenings or weekends. The leadership team rotates weekend and evening shifts as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $58000.00 / yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Charleston,SC.
