Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Requirements :

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active New Jersey OT license required

School-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred

Knowledge of sensory integration, fine motor skills, and adaptive strategies a plus

Job Duties :

Deliver occupational therapy services to support students functional, motor, and sensory needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and measurable goals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students meet academic and developmental milestones

Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and compliance with district and state regulations

Provide guidance and training to school staff to support student participation and inclusion
