Behavior Technician (BT / RBT)

Location : Laurel, MD (In-person)

Hours : Part-Time

Pay : $25-$31 / hour

Are you bilingual (Spanish / English) and passionate about working with children? Flywheel Centers is seeking caring and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in daycare, center, and in-home settings.

You'll follow treatment plans created by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), helping children build life-changing skills and supporting their families with compassion and clarity in both English and Spanish.

What You'll Do :

Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children in daycare, home, or center-based settings

Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills

Maintain clear and accurate session notes

Use your bilingual skills to support families and ensure culturally responsive care

What You'll Need :

High school diploma (required)

RBT certification ( required )

Prior ABA experience (required)

Bilingual in Spanish and English ( required )

Must be at least 18 years old

Reliable transportation
