Senior Data Engineer / Architect

We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer / Architect who can design, build, and deploy our data platform using a combination of vendor solutions, cloud offerings, and internally developed tools and pipelines. You will create the central data platform that turns real estate, operational, and investment data into actions that lift NOI, tighten underwriting, and improve compliance outcomes for our business.
You'll be the first dedicated data architect / engineer. As we scale, there is an opportunity to hire and manage a team.
What You Will Own
What we're looking for
Mastery of SQL and one of : dbt, Data form, or equivalent transformation-as-code; strong data testing habits.

We've invested in Microsoft (Power BI, SharePoint, Office) to anchor enterprise-grade systems that scale with compliance and security needs. But we're pragmatic : you'll evaluate where Microsoft is enough and where we extend with Postgres / S3 or other tools.
