Job Summary

The Merchandise Associate plays a key role in creating an unforgettable game day experience for fans. Our retail team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, showcasing merchandise with pride, and ensuring every fan leaves with a legendary impression. Essential Functions Of Position Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following :

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting fans, identifying their needs, and making personalized sales recommendations.
• Maintain an energetic, positive, and engaging atmosphere for both fans and team members.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Present and upsell merchandise by highlighting features, benefits, and promotions.
• Support merchandising standards, including plan-o-gram execution, product placement, and visual displays.
• Assist with store set-up, restocking, cleaning, and maintaining an organized sales floor.
• Participate in inventory management, including counts, accuracy checks, and control procedures.
• Stay informed on current promotions, in-store events, and venue events to better assist fans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure gift shop / event retail locations are prepared and visually appealing.
• All other duties as assigned.
