Season Ticket Sales Representative
Comcast Spectacor is a leading sports and entertainment company and is looking for a Season Ticket Sales Representative. This role is responsible for generating ticket sales revenue by selling full and partial season ticket plans, group sales packages and developing skills for future growth within the company. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
Core Responsibilities
- Generate ticket revenue through full and half season packages, partial plans, group sales, and premium seating via outbound sales campaigns
- Establish professional relationships in order to repeat business and superior customer service.
- Use cold calling, appointments and social selling as tools to sell season, group and partial ticket plan packages.
- Conduct in person and out of office appointments to gain business with new and existing customers while maintaining high call volumes.
- Participate in professional networking events to gain additional business & develop relationships with new leads
- Handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket packages.
- Meet or exceed appointed sales goals for all ticket packages.
- Staff all home games to assist ticket sales promotional programs.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
