Position Requirements
Connecticut Orthopaedics Specialists is hiring full-time OR RN positions to staff the expansion of our surgery center in Branford, CT. - Holds a current state of Connecticut license as a Registered Nurse
- Holds a current certification in basic life support
- Has a minimum of (2) years of OR nursing experience; orthopedics a plus
- Possess a good command of the English language, both oral and written
- Ability to meet the needs of the nursing service as demanded by the schedule, especially when overtime hours and time changes are necessary
- Ability to work well with surgeons, employees, patients and coworkers alike
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast paced work environment
- Will pass a criminal and medical fraud background check - required
- Experience working in a surgery center - a plus.

High School Graduate or equivalent.Current state of Connecticut licensure as a Registered Nurse.Current certification in Basic Life Support preferredEvidence of continuing education preferredMinimum three (2) years of Operating Room nursing experience .
