Duration : 1 year contract with the possibility of 4 years optional extension

Shift Schedule :

• Clinical Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m.

8-hour shifts, with start times between 7 : 00 a.m. and 9 : 00 a.m.

Must be available by phone within 15 minutes , and on-site within 60 minutes when called.
