    I opened my State Farm agency in 2019 after working as a team member from 2013 to 2019, and before that, spending several years with Allstate. Our office has a friendly, laidback, and growing culture where we work hard, support one another, and give standout customer service while encouraging individual growth.

    We currently have a team of three and are looking to grow. We offer a Simple IRA, health stipend, and PTO. What makes our team special is our sense of community we respect and support each other, always striving to build one another up and never settle.

    Were actively involved in giving back, from participating in the Million Meal Pack at State Farm Arena in Atlanta to sponsoring and joining local fundraisers and festivals throughout the year.

    ROLE DESCRIPTION :

    As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Whitney Kennedy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
    • Maintain client records and update information as needed.
    • Assist with customer retention strategies.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in customer service preferred.
    • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
