Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their second-shift team. This hands-on role is critical to maintaining operational excellence by ensuring all production equipment runs safely and efficiently with minimal downtime. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on high-speed production machinery.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduits, and control systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Perform fabrication, welding, plumbing, and other general facility maintenance as required.
• Strictly adhere to all OSHA regulations, NEC standards, and company safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with operations teams, management, and external vendors.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance activities and safety training completions.

Requirements : Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.

Experiences

Proven experience (5+ years) relevant industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent technical school training combined with work experience

Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, including AC / DC motor control, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems).

Other

Must be able to successfully train on a mid-shift schedule (11 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM) before transitioning to the assigned second shift.

Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.

Full-time

Hours :  Monday - Friday, 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM. Overtime is required as needed.
