Overview

KCBS / KCAL, a CBS Owned & Operated Duopoly in Los Angeles, is looking for a talented Makeup Artist to work with our on‑air teams.

Base Pay Range

$41.43 / hr – $41.43 / hr

Responsibilities

• Experience doing professional makeup for television including close‑up shots.
• Work at a fast pace and provide touch‑ups when needed.
• Makeup fitting for newscasters and journalists.
• Stay up on the latest advances in professional makeup practices and tools.
• Practice safety standards and protocols, maintain a clean workstation and equipment.
• Work early mornings, nights, and weekends; stand for long periods of time and work well with a team.

Hiring Salary Range : $41.43 – 41.43. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
