Job Description

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success. Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs to maximize profitability. Ensure that all project work adheres to industry standards and company quality guidelines. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Monitor project schedules and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Oversee contracts, change orders, and subcontracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Maintain a strong focus on safety, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety on-site.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Plumbing Project Manager in the mechanical construction industry. Experience with project management software for effective communication and documentation. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
