Job Title : Resident Assistant - Caregivers (Day Shift)

Location : Valley VNA 1535 Lyon Drive, Neenah, WI 54956

Position Type : Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Shift Options :

  • Full-Time : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
  • Full-Time : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM
  • Part-Time : 6 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 AM

Pay Range : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and family members to ensure the best care for each resident.
  • Document resident care and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
