ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Strategist to join our premier client's team in either Seattle, WA or Chicago, IL . This is a full-time position , starting as a 6-month contract . This role is critical in driving performance marketing and lead generation programs through expert media planning, campaign tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You will take full ownership of paid media execution, asset delivery, and lead program creation-helping shape the success of integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of paid media plans in partnership with a third-party media agency
• Build and manage Marketo lead generation programs across paid social and content syndication platforms
• Create and map campaign tracking codes (TRKs) to ensure accurate campaign attribution
• Manage and deliver marketing assets to the media agency using Workfront
• Facilitate the asset review process in collaboration with the campaign manager and other stakeholders
• Ensure timeline adherence and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams within the Marketing organization
