Job Description

Manage daily construction activities to meet timelines and budgets

Supervise project teams to ensure work quality

Communicate with clients to address needs and ensure satisfaction

Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in sensitive environments

The Successful Applicant

Extensive experience in construction management, especially in healthcare / aviation / educational sectors

Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and project teams

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proven track record of managing multiple JOC projects efficiently while ensuring quality and compliance.
