• 12-hour shifts : 7 am - 7 pm days or 7 pm - 7 am nights
• Night coverage : 1 - 3 admissions per night, cross coverage of up to 25 patients
• Day coverage : Working alongside one other physician
• Critical access hospital with 3-bed open ICU
• No procedures or ventilator management required
• Transfer protocol in place for complex cases
• Building provider pool for future coverage needs
• Experience with critical access hospitals preferred
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
