Key Responsibilities :
Draft complaints, motions, and discovery responses in contract and commercial litigation matters
Handle routine court appearances (many virtual) and assist with hearing preparation
Support lead attorney in mediation-focused cases and motion-heavy litigation
Participate in case strategy discussions and assist with case management
Collaborate with experienced paralegals and administrative staff
Help refine and apply existing templates and processes for litigation efficiency
Qualifications :
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in GA
3+ years of litigation experience preferred
Experience in motion practice and courtroom proceedings is a plus
Strong legal writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Interest in contract, business-to-business, and summary judgment matters
A good cultural fit is essential - this is a highly collaborative and long-standing team
