Job Description
Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a year-round, accredited school serving students ages 5-22 with diverse disabilities, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Traumatic Brain Injury.
Mission : To prepare individuals with complex challenges for successful lives through evidence-based practices promoting independence, communication, social, emotional, and academic skills in a safe, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing speech, language, and literacy IEPs, guiding support staff, managing a small caseload, and collaborating with teams and families. Flexibility in hours and supervision for clinical fellows may be offered.
Qualifications : Master’s in communication sciences & disorders (ASHA approved), Vermont license preferred, experience with students with significant challenges, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Compensation : $60,000-$70,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
