Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a Assistant Branch Manager for our RedmondBranch! Your compensation :

Our pay ranges are built to allow candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $59,200 - $74,000 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $59,200 - $88,800.

As a branch employee, you will also be eligible for a wide rangeof incentives tied to certain products and services, paid out quarterly. This plan rewards team members for exceeding production goals set by Credit Union Leadership. When a branch meets its quarterly goals and audit, we provide a monetary incentive to the team members.

Our Hours :

To best serve our members, this position requires an in-person schedule Tuesday - Friday : 8 : 45AM - 5 : 45PM & Saturdays 8 : 45AM - 1 : 15PM. This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.

In your in-person role you will be engaging with team members on a day-to-day basis as the face of Sound Credit Union! Your active participation with coworkers and managers is an essential part of your impactful work.
