Coverage Needed ASAP- Ongoing Schedule Mon-Fri 8am-4 : 30pm Full-time coverage Clinical Details Locum will be responsible for patient evaluation, simulation and dosimetry treatment planning, prescription for radiation therapy, weekly assessments of patients under treatment, and post-treatment patient follow-up. The physician is also responsible for checking daily images for verification of alignment and accuracy of treatment. Provider works solo 25-30 patients under treatment per day, both locations. Cases - External beam treatments, OTV's and follow ups Requirements Active IL License Board Certified DEA BLS CSR Procedures required - on site supervision for compliance, checking SRS's, on treatment visits, occasional follow up or consult.
