Overview

As the Associate Creative Director- Art, you’ll lead the overall creative vision, guiding and inspiring teams to develop compelling campaigns that align with client goals and brand strategy. You will blend visionary creative leadership with an understanding of the beauty / personal care industry and mass media advertising. Responsibilities include creating and communicating concepts, implementing marketing strategies and developing creative solutions. Your role is crucial in understanding strategic business goals, while having a strong eye for craft. As a creative leader, you inspire and empower teams to do their best work. You create visually compelling work, grounded in strategy, and focused on the long-term goal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative strategy and vision for campaigns across multiple channels from initial concept to final execution across all platforms.
• Stay ahead of beauty, personal care, fashion, and cultural trends, translating these insights into fresh and relevant creative concepts that resonate with a wide audience.
• Develop and maintain the visual identity systems and brand guidelines on a global scale, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing expressions.
• Collaborate with account and strategy teams to align creative work with client objectives.
• Pitch and present concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Ensure high-quality, original, and on-brand creative output.
• Reviewing and approving all creative deliverables before they go to clients.
• Manage timelines and resources for creative projects.

Compensation Range : $90.68 - $106.59 / hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan and 401(k) after eligibility criteria are met. For regular roles, the Company offers medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
