- Position Overview The Plumbing & Drain Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and drain systems for our customers.
- This position requires a professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with clients, and uphold our company’s standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of plumbing and drain services including leak detection, pipe repair, fixture installation, and drain cleaning.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing system issues efficiently and accurately.
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools, drain machines, hydro-jetters, and inspection cameras.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and solutions clearly.
- Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and company policies.
- Complete service tickets, estimates, and documentation using company software or mobile systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed for emergency service calls.
Qualifications Experience :
2+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience preferred but not required.Licenses / Certifications :
Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record required.Journeyman Plumber License preferred but not required (or ability to obtain).Skills & Knowledge :
