JOB TITLE : Warehouse Order Selector

DEPARTMENT : 1010 – Distribution - Default

REPORT TO : Distribution Warehouse Supervisor

POSITION TYPE : Full-Time, Non-Exempt

LOCATION : Edwardsville, KS (Onsite)

NOTE : Candidates must be available to work nights and weekends.

JOB OVERVIEW

Earp Distribution Order Selector is responsible for the accurate selection of a customer's order in a safe and productive manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to use the tools and equipment generally associated with the job of an Order Selector. This includes but is not limited to electronic voice and scanning order selection equipment, power jacks, label printers, power wrapping machines, wooden and plastic pallets.
• Through past training or on-the-job experience, must be able to :
• Accurately select orders by following standard work processes and procedures.
• Practice proper safe lifting techniques in order to mitigate the potential for injury.
• Able to safely operate power pallet jack and / or forklift.
• Practice "Clean as You Go" sanitation.
• Work with limited supervision.
• Work with and around other employees with respect and cooperation.
