Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, is seeking a QA Lab Technician to join their team. As a QA Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : QA Lab Technician

Location : Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range : $19.95 per hour

Shift : 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM

Flexibility required to cover 2nd shift (2 : 00 PM – 12 : 30 AM) as needed

Schedule : Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed

What's the Job?

• Heat product samples as required for testing
• Ensure samples are correctly positioned and handled
• Verify and confirm accurate labeling of all samples
• Assist with environmental swab procedures
• Perform pH and salt level assessments and record results accurately
• Conduct viscosity testing and document findings
