Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices
Research information in databases to resolve customer service issues
Maintain composure in escalated situations and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of call center experience required
At least 1 year of work-at-home experience required
High School Diploma or GED
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic math skills required
