About the Role

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in court, and provide essential legal guidance. This role offers a unique blend of remote work for document review and in-person court appearances, allowing you to leverage your legal acumen across various facets of creditors rights law. You will be instrumental in ensuring legal compliance and advocating effectively for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough document review and comprehensive legal research pertaining to creditors rights matters.
• Represent clients diligently in various court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Draft and meticulously review a range of legal documents, such as pleadings and motions.
• Offer expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of creditors rights law.
