• Candidate MUST have Siemens CT experience and be confident utilizing the Siemens CT experience. Candidate will operate the Siemens CT daily and will need to have experience operating this machinery in a work setting- exposure to the CT machine solely in an educational capacity while studying to be a Radiation Therapist will not be sufficient for this role. A candidate in this role will see 4 CT patients per day. Each appointment is scheduled for 1.25 hours but this normally takes only around 40 minutes. After each appointment, the candidate will go help out on the treatment machine. • Special Equipment : - #Tier3 Travel Compliance REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty / setting that they are booked. This can include Charge RNs / Leads.
• ALL travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and / or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
• If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Modules : Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
