Site Enhancement Services (SES) is looking for a Field Service Manager to join our growing team! If you are a detail-oriented leader with a passion for project execution and on-site operations, we want to hear from you. As a Field Service Manager at SES, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing on-site operations, including installation, surveying, and project management. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute successful completion of projects within specified timelines and budget
- Clearly communicate with internal team, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules, resource allocation, and material procurement to meet project objectives efficiently
- Serve as a primary point of contact for projects and maintain strong client relationships
- Track and maintain accurate project documentation
- Provide training and mentorship to field personnel
- Identify and address project-related challenges promptly and propose innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and environmental requirements
Qualifications :
College Degree or Technical Degree strongly preferred or 2+ years of related experienceMust be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule that requires travel throughout the USHighly skilled with hand and power tools and ability to use standard measurement toolsExcellent client-facing and vendor management skillsAbility to work with and meet client driven deadlinesEffective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of methods and tools involved with signage and graphics installationProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Internet, and other web applicationsExceptional written and verbal communication abilities and legendary customer serviceAbility to be highly organized, maintain attention to detail, and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to train, lead, and develop other field personnelBenefits :
