Community Manager
Karya Property Management (KPM) is seeking a motivated and skilled Community Manager for one of our premier residential properties. As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and vitality of the community you oversee.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to assess property conditions and identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain property aesthetics and ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing on-site staff.
- Supervise marketing efforts to attract new residents and ensure timely leasing processes.
- Manage resident relations : address concerns, resolve complaints, and improve retention rates.
- Oversee financial operations, including daily collections and budget management.
- Train and guide staff to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and all permits.
- Regularly inspect vacant and make-ready units to guarantee quality readiness for new residents.
