• RN Trauma Step-Down / PCU – Bradenton, FL Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent Shifts : Days or Nights (rotating weekends) Compensation : $30.76 – $41.50 / hr (based on experience) Differentials : +$4.75 / hr (Nights) | +$3.00 / hr (Weekends) | +$2.00 / hr (National Certification) Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights) Relocation : Up to $5,000 with approval Overview We are hiring a Trauma Step-Down / PCU RN in Bradenton, FL.
• This role supports a Level II Trauma Center, caring for complex trauma, cardiac, and post-surgical patients in a progressive care environment.

• Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidence-based care for trauma and progressive care patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, post-op recovery, and high-acuity conditions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery.
• Support unit safety and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Qualifications Active Florida or Compact RN license.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross).
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care preferred, LTACH / home health / rehab accepted).
