Senior Care Advocate

A company is looking for a Sr Care Advocate Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with members to inform them of their benefits and guide them in receiving treatment from high-quality surgeons

Educate members on benefits and assist with appointment scheduling through inbound calls

Document member interactions and collaborate with other departments to address inquiries and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

3+ years of experience in an office, call center, or administrative setting (healthcare preferred)

Proven ability to meet monthly goals and performance metrics

Experience using office tools and systems remotely (email, phone, CRM platforms)

Bilingual (English-Spanish or other languages) is a plus
